The tub The tub is in really good shape besides this one spot Once I started knocking the rust out this spot went into the floor pan. I was concerned with keeping the Jeep logo and did not want to by a new panel. I cut all the rust out and was able to save the JEEP. I first patched the floor with scrap metal off an old door. I then cut a piece out to match the shape of the hole and welded that in. This next pic is from the inside. I am going to add one more piece in here after the floor pan has been patched. I do have figure out a way to replace the support pieces that attached to the floor and ran up along the door. You can see where I had to cut those supports out to remove the nasty stuff. I do plan on putting some rocker panels on this jeep similar to Thin Ricks but plan on making mine out of angle iron. Most of this should be hidden with that project. In other words, I don't have to make it perfect for my OCD purposes. I just now figured out how to remove the picture tags, so vlad and tom....you can relax and not flame up.

I finally had enough time to attack my body mounts. The rear mounts I had never opened up. All the other mounts I had cut access to and coated with pb blaster on a routine basis. The rear four mounts came out with a breaker bar. The next two mounts forward broke off. The final four front bolts are just spinning. A real pain in the butt will be the front two mounts (under the front floor pans). The access to the top is a little tight. I hope to pick up a new recip saw blade tomorrow and have the final bolts out.
